Refund and Returns Policy
At Abayah.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item might not fit perfectly or meet your expectations.
Exchange Policy
- Timeline: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +923391552289 with your Order ID and the reason for exchange.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched or bespoke abayas.
- Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale.”
- Hijabs and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. we will provide a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
- We generally offer Store Credit for returns.
- Cash refunds are only processed if the product is defective and a replacement is unavailable.
