Exchange Policy

  • Timeline: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +923391552289 with your Order ID and the reason for exchange.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched or bespoke abayas.
  • Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale.”
  • Hijabs and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. we will provide a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

  • We generally offer Store Credit for returns.
  • Cash refunds are only processed if the product is defective and a replacement is unavailable.
